Upfront pricing along with gazillions of examples of on-the-spot sketches on a website made by the caricaturist in question mean you can rest assured that what you see here is exactly what you get.

BOOKING INFO & FEES
In terms of the 'work' involved, the only significant difference between bookings is the travel, which is why I'm left scratching my head as to why I'm virtually the only caricaturist for hire, let alone any agency in the UK to feature bona-fide set hourly rates on their site. It's much more straightforward and plain easy for everyone. Maybe they're waiting for an enquiry from Elon Musk...
Example fees on agency price-comparison websites beginning with "From: £..." are usually pitched lower than the going rate so as to entice and steer you towards the numerous random fruitcakes that populate them - it's a hit-or-miss business.
If the venue is in central London or near me - I'm near the City in Dalston ("Dullston") in east London, and use public transport - then there's no travel charge, otherwise if there is one I'll let you know when I quote.

Top Tips
Choose wisely! Go by the quality of the on-the-spot sketches, and I'd say try to get some kind of an idea of what the person you book is actually like - there's a social aspect to what I do of course - or you risk ending up with a Muppet!
According to the 'time-money ratio'-thing, the longer the booking, the better the deal for clients.
Drinks, dinner or wedding bookings last anywhere from two to five hours, although many corporate & public events can last throughout the day, which is fine by me - I can go on forever, so usually it's the longer the better.

Preprinting branding/logos/graphics and/or messages onto all of my card/paper - with a proof for you to check before I go to print, ensuring it's perfect - adds £100.
Fees are payable on or a few days before the day of performance (although some corporate clients' terms may vary), by bank transfer, BACS, cheque, cash or PayPal (works with Am Ex).
When we've covered the main points I'll email my booking form along with an invoice to you. Once its been completed and returned, you've secured my services.
We can then hold tight until a week or so before the event, when we can get in touch to check things are on track - and we're set!
